We charge a flat delivery fee of $19.99 within the Auckland region. However, we are currently offering a free delivery special within Auckland (excluding Auckland Islands, which are outside our delivery range).

For deliveries within Auckland, we use our in-house delivery team. It takes 2-3 days to dispatch your order and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. For locations outside Auckland, delivery times may vary, and we’ll discuss the details with you when you request a delivery quote.

 We offer a 90-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your mirror, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to initiate the process.

Currently, we offer a curated selection of designs and sizes as showcased on our website. We focus on providing exceptional quality and craftsmanship in our existing range. Custom orders are not available at this time
