Yes, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.

Absolutely! An electronic receipt will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase. If you require a printed invoice, please let us know, and we’ll include one with your shipment.

Mirror orders ship with Mainfreight, and your rate is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. You'll see two options: home delivery (two-person delivery to your door) or depot collection (a lower rate, collecting from your nearest Mainfreight depot). Please choose carefully, as the delivery method can't be changed once your order has been dispatched.

Lamp-only orders ship with NZ Post at live rates calculated at checkout.

Yes, pickup is available from our C&F Creation Albany Showroom, Unit B, 19 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632. We are open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm. Same day pickup available.

All orders are now handled by our trusted delivery partner, Mainfreight 2Home. Orders are dispatched the next working day and delivered within 5–7 business days nationwide.

 We offer a 90-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your mirror, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us to initiate the process.

For the frame, use a damp cloth to remove any dust or smudges. Please avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. Additionally, you’ll find a manual included with detailed care instructions to help you maintain your mirror’s pristine condition.
