How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is easy. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@cfcreation.co.nz to begin the process. Provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Change Of Mind
Change of mind refunds don’t include original shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or the order included free shipping and free returns.
Return Procedure
Securely package your mirror in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Send the package to our designated return address, and we’ll handle the rest. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned mirror, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including mirrors damaged due to misuse or accidents. Ensure your return request aligns with our policy to facilitate a smooth process.
All our mirrors are handcrafted, meaning slight variations in measurements (1-2cm) may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and does not affect the product’s functionality or durability.
