Returns
• You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
• Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
• Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
*Change of mind refunds don't include original shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Floor Lamps: Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns on floor lamps are accepted only if the lamp is unopened and in its original packaging. Once a floor lamp has been unpacked or assembled, we are unable to accept a change of mind return, as it can no longer be resold as new. Please make sure you are happy with your choice before unpacking. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, faulty items are always covered.
Additionally, all our mirrors are handcrafted, meaning slight variations in measurements (1-2cm) may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship. If you are not comfortable accepting this minor variation, you may request a refund or exchange. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the refund process.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
