C&F Creation is a New Zealand mirror brand that designs and sells premium mirrors directly to customers from our own factory. We carry 39 mirror designs across arched, rectangular, round, oval, irregular, and window styles, along with floor lamps and oak furniture. Every mirror is designed in NZ and built in our factory using materials like aluminium alloy frames, PS frames with real timber textures, and ultra clear or double silver glass. We sell online at cfcreation.co.nz and in person at our Albany showroom in Auckland, keeping prices lower than traditional retail by cutting out the middleman entirely. Our mirrors range from compact 155cm models right up to statement pieces at 220cm tall. The Titan range alone has been chosen by over 5,000 New Zealand homes. We deliver nationwide via Mainfreight 2Home, and every order includes a 90-day money back guarantee, 1-year warranty, and free wall mounting hardware.

How much does mirror delivery cost in New Zealand?

All C&F Creation mirrors are shipped via Mainfreight 2Home, New Zealand's specialist home delivery service for fragile and oversized items. Your delivery rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, powered by the Mainfreight API. This means you see the exact cost for your address before you pay. Mainfreight uses two-person delivery teams with purpose-built vehicles designed for careful handling of large mirrors. Every order includes real-time tracking, SMS delivery booking so you can arrange a time that suits you, and signature on delivery. Lamp orders ship by tracked courier with live rates calculated at checkout. Free pickup is also available from our Albany showroom at Unit B, 19 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Same day pickup available.

What is ultra clear glass?

Ultra clear glass is a premium mirror glass that gives a truer, more colour-accurate reflection with no green or blue tint. Standard mirror glass contains iron oxide which creates a noticeable colour cast, especially visible in natural light. Ultra clear glass removes that cast entirely, so skin tones, clothing colours, and room details look exactly as they do in real life. This matters most for getting dressed, doing makeup, and checking outfits where colour accuracy is important. At C&F Creation, many of our mirrors use ultra clear glass as standard, including the Titan, Cheval, Le Beau, Le Vue, Nova, Rachelle, Eclipse, Facet X, Lumi, and Lyra LED. Our other mirrors use double silver glass, which offers enhanced reflectivity and better moisture resistance. Both glass types are a step above what you will typically find at the same price point in New Zealand.

Do you offer Afterpay for mirrors?

Yes, Afterpay is available on all orders at C&F Creation with no minimum purchase required. You can split the cost of any mirror into 4 interest-free payments with no extra fees or charges. Simply select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and your first payment is taken at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks. There are no additional charges beyond the product price and delivery fee. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. For customers who prefer to pay in full, standard credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. All payment methods are available whether you are purchasing a single mirror or building a custom bundle through our online bundle builder tool on the website.

What is your return policy?

C&F Creation offers a 90-day money back guarantee on all mirrors. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your mirror within 90 days for a full refund. There are no restocking fees, no questions asked, and no fine print. If your mirror arrives damaged during delivery, contact us with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. We also include a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, glass, and backing. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear. To start a return, email customerservice@cfcreation.co.nz with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned mirror. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the mirror arrived damaged or faulty.

Are your mirrors designed in New Zealand?

Yes. Every C&F Creation mirror is designed in New Zealand by our local team based in Auckland. We design mirrors specifically for New Zealand homes, considering the natural light conditions, typical room sizes, ceiling heights, and the interior styles that Kiwi homeowners tend to favour. Our mirrors are then manufactured in our own factory using materials we specify and quality-check, including aluminium alloy frames, PS frames with wood and braided textures, ultra clear glass, and double silver glass. We control every step from the initial design concept through to the packaging each mirror ships in. This factory-direct approach means there are no importers, distributors, or retail stores adding markup between our factory and your front door. It is how we keep quality consistent and prices genuinely fair compared to similar mirrors sold through traditional furniture retailers across New Zealand.

What sizes do your mirrors come in?

Our mirrors range from 155cm to 220cm tall and 40cm to 120cm wide, covering everything from compact bedroom mirrors to large-scale statement pieces. The most popular sizes are 160x60cm in the Svelte range, which suits bedrooms, hallways, and smaller spaces. The 180x80cm Titan and Zenith ranges are the everyday favourite and fit most rooms comfortably without dominating the wall. The 200x100cm Grandeur and Aldren ranges are designed for larger living areas and entryways. Our largest mirror is the Louis at 220x120cm, the biggest arched mirror in our entire range, and the Lowen X at 220x120cm is the largest rectangular. For narrower walls, the Eclipse at 180x40cm and Nocturne at 180x50cm are purpose-built for tight spaces. We also carry the Aure round wall mirror at 100x100cm and the Le Vue window wall mirror at 120x100cm in landscape format.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Our Albany showroom at Unit B, 19 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632 is open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
