REFERRAL PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern participation in our Referral Programme (“Programme”) under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. By participating, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions detailed below.
1. Programme Eligibility
1.1 Start Date
The Referral Programme applies only to purchases made on or after 1 March 2025. Any transactions prior to this date are excluded; no referral links or rewards will be provided for orders placed before 1 March 2025.
1.2 Minimum Purchase Requirement
A minimum spend of $120 NZD per transaction is required for a referral link to be generated. Orders below $120 do not qualify for referral rewards.
1.3 Who Can Refer
Both new and existing customers may generate referral links once they’ve met the minimum purchase requirement. Any valid purchase from 1 March 2025 onwards can trigger referral credits.
1.4 Who Can Be Referred
Any customer (new or returning) who makes a qualifying purchase on or after 1 March 2025 can be referred. The referral credit only applies to orders placed after this date.
2. Referral Link Usage
2.1 Automatic Generation
Upon completing a qualifying order (minimum $120), a referral link is automatically generated on your order page. Share this link with friends, family, or anyone else you wish.
2.2 Prohibited Distribution
You may not distribute the referral link via spam, commercial advertising, or mass email campaigns. Such distribution may result in suspension or termination of your referral privileges.
2.3 Referral Limitations
Each order generates a unique referral link. A single link/code can only be redeemed once for a referral reward. Subsequent purchases by the same customer will not trigger new rewards unless a new referral link/code is used.
3. Earning Referral Rewards
3.1 Reward Value
Each successful referral grants $5 NZD to both the referrer and the referred customer, subject to the terms herein.
3.2 Reward Activation
A referral reward is confirmed only when:
• The referred purchase uses the unique referral link.
• The order is delivered and not returned within the designated return period (if applicable).
3.3 Reward Delivery Timeline
We typically dispatch orders within 3–7 working days, so expect around 7 days from delivery to see the referral reward credited. If you haven’t received it after 14 days, please contact us at customerservice@cfcreation.co.nz
4. Return & Refund Implications
4.1 Invalidation of Referral Rewards
If a referred order is returned, both the referrer’s and the referred customer’s referral rewards are invalidated to prevent abuse.
4.2 Refunds on Purchases Using Referral Rewards
If you used a referral reward (e.g., a $5 discount) on an order that you later return, the refund will be based on the actual amount you paid at checkout, after the discount was applied.
5. Combining Referral Rewards & Other Discounts
5.1 One Code per Purchase
A referral link/code cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions in the same transaction.
5.2 No Expiry Date on Referral Credits
Your $5 referral credit does not expire, but once a code is used, it cannot be reused. Each code is single-use only.
6. General Conduct & Fair Use
6.1 Good Faith Usage
All participants must use the Programme in a manner consistent with these terms and in the spirit of fair play. Attempts to manipulate, mass-distribute, or create multiple accounts may result in disqualification.
6.2 Compliance with NZ Law
Participants must comply with New Zealand’s Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and other relevant local regulations.
7. Modifications & Termination
7.1 Programme Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme (in whole or part) at any time without notice. Any modifications are effective upon posting updated terms on our website.
7.2 Discretionary Enforcement
If we believe a user has violated these terms or acted fraudulently, we may remove referral credits or suspend their account at our sole discretion.
8. Liability & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected emails or for any technical errors that occur in the administration of the Programme.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by New Zealand law. Parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
