I ordered 2 mirrors and only received one. The only tracking number provided by the C&F system indicated my transaction has been fulfilled and now I can't trace the other one. Worse is they are asking me for a review now leaving me an impression I'm not going to receive the other one. Tried reaching out via the shop app and it already closed the transaction.
Generally the one mirror I received is as good as advertised.

It is a little flimsier than I was expecting and really tricky to hang on the wall given the design of the fixings. However, now it's hanging it looks great!

It’s understandable the frame may feel a bit flimsier than expected at first. The Grandeur X uses a 33mm aluminium frame by design, which is intended to balance strength while keeping the overall weight at a safe and practical level for a mirror of this size.
If the frame was made deeper, the mirror would become significantly heavier, which can make handling and wall mounting more difficult.
Really glad to hear it’s looking great now it’s up — that means a lot to us.
