Behind the Scenes: Exciting New Wall Mirrors in the Making

Kia ora, mirror enthusiasts! J here from C&F Creation, and I hope you’re all enjoying the festive season. With another year rolling in, I’ve been getting heaps of enquiries about wall mirrors—specifically frameless, round, rectangular, and even arched designs. I thought it’d be fun to give you a little peek behind the scenes on what we’ve been cooking up with our manufacturer and share my plans for new wall mirrors heading your way in the next year.

Brainstorming New Wall Mirror Designs

Over the past few days, I’ve been chatting with our manufacturer, tossing around ideas for full-length wall mirrors that’d be perfect for Kiwi homes. While I don’t have exact dates yet, I’m pretty excited about what’s in the pipeline. We’re currently testing various styles, shapes, and sizes—plus working on upgrading the hook design so it’s both sturdy and super easy to install.

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s on my mind:

  • Arched Wall Mirrors:
I’m keen on a design with an arch at the top and straight edges at the bottom, and possibly another with both top and bottom arched.
For sizing, a narrower option around 120 cm in height and 45 cm in width would be perfect for smaller apartments or tighter spaces. For larger homes or hallways, we might do a bigger wall mirror at 180 cm by 80 cm. That gives a decent minimalist vibe while still bringing character to your home.
  • Frameless vs. Aluminium Alloy Frame:
I’m a bit torn here because frameless mirrors look sleek and modern, but they can be costlier to produce—especially if we want to polish all edges to keep them smooth and safe. Aluminium alloy frames (like those we use on our full length mirror NZ) are sturdy and protect the edges, so maybe we’ll try both!
  • Wave-Shaped Mirror with Fabric Surround:
I’m also considering a wavey outline with polyester fabric around the edges. It could function as a floor mirror or a wall mirror, around 170 cm by 70 cm. I reckon it would look fantastic in a bedroom or dressing room, especially for those who love a bit of flair.
  • Semi-Arched Bold Wall Mirror:
This is a bit of a wildcard design—top arched, a bold curve at the bottom, possibly 120 cm by 120 cm, with a black aluminium alloy frame. It’d be a statement piece for a hallway, greeting you when you step through the door. Instant style check, right?

A Complement to Our Full-Length Mirrors

We already offer a fantastic range of full length mirrors NZ that can stand on the floor or be used as freestanding. But let’s be honest—some folks prefer a classic wall-mounted mirror to save space or achieve that flush, tidy look. This new collection of wall mirrors NZ will complement our current range, giving you more options than ever to deck out your home.

Hot Tip: We remain committed to providing the best full length wall mounted mirror NZ has to offer, without blowing your budget. Yes, that means unbeatable pricing for every Kiwi home!

Sneak Peek: The Facet Full-Length Mirror as a Wall-Mount

If you can’t wait for the new designs, check out our Facet Full-Length Mirror (170×70 cm). It’s super versatile—you can use it as a floor mirror, freestanding mirror, or mount it on the wall. If I’m being honest, it absolutely shines when wall-mounted. Its clean, straight-edged design sits flush against the wall, looking like a piece of modern art.

If you’re keen to explore this option right now, pop over to our wall mirrors collection and have a look at the Facet Full-Length Mirror. It might just be the perfect placeholder until my new designs land early next year.

Stay Tuned for More!

That’s a little glimpse into what’s been happening behind the scenes. All these wall mirror ideas—the arched shapes, frameless vs. framed, funky wave designs, and big, bold semi-arches—will hopefully come to life in the coming year. Once they’re past the testing phase, I’ll share all the details like sizes, prices, and release dates. Keep an eye on our socials and website for updates!

If you’ve got any feedback or requests for future full-length wall mirror NZ styles, let me know. I’m always keen for a chat, and your suggestions truly spark my creativity. Without your enthusiasm, I wouldn’t be dreaming up all these new shapes and styles!

Until next time, thanks for being part of this journey—together, we’re making the mirror world in New Zealand even more exciting. Cheers to new beginnings and more stylish reflections in your home!
