Wall Mirrors

A wall mirror is designed to mount directly onto your wall, sitting flush and saving floor space. A floor mirror leans against the wall or stands freestanding on its own. Some of our mirrors can do both — check the Specifications tab on each product page for mounting options.

For the most secure hold, mount into the wall studs behind the plasterboard. Use a stud finder to locate them, or tap along the wall and listen for the solid sound. It depends on what the mirror is for. A round mirror around 80 to 100cm works well as a feature piece above a console or mantelpiece. If you want a full body reflection from a wall mounted mirror, look at our full-length wall mirrors starting at 155cm tall. As a general rule, the mirror should be narrower than whatever it's hanging above.

It can, yes. Placing a wall mirror opposite a window or light source reflects natural light across the room, which makes the space feel more open and brighter. A window style mirror like the Le Vue can make it feel like the room has an extra window, even if it doesn't.

We use double silver glass with low-iron content for a clear, honest reflection. The frames are built from aluminium alloy or premium PS material depending on the style, and every mirror comes with shatter-resistant backing for safety. We don't use the thin, bendy glass you'll find in a lot of budget mirrors.

Use the soft dry cloth included in the box for regular cleaning. For a deeper clean, a proper glass cleaner with a microfibre cloth works well. Avoid paper towels as they can leave lint, and always dry the surface after cleaning. This keeps your mirror looking clear for years.
