Chandelle Linen Column Floor Lamp

Every home has a spot that stays dark because nothing fits there. The gap beside the dresser. The hallway corner. That sliver of wall behind the door. Chandelle was made for exactly those spots. Its base is a weighted disc just 20cm across, the smallest footprint in our range, and everything above it runs dead straight. No arc, no spread, nothing to bump in the dark.

A column that glows, not a shade that sits
The shade is the whole point here. A tall beige linen column, 16cm wide and 40cm top to bottom, with subtle bamboo joint style seams running around it. Unlit, it reads as a quiet sculptural line against the wall. Switched on, the whole 40cm column lights up top to bottom, a single vertical line of light rather than a spot. It takes a single E27 globe (not included). Our pick is a warm white frosted globe, and keep the bright cool whites for the laundry.

Small base, straight line
The pole is slim matte black and the lamp stands 166.8cm tall, holding a straight profile that never leans into the room the way an arc lamp does. The foot switch matters more than it sounds. Tuck Chandelle into a tight corner and you can still tap it on with your toe, no fishing behind furniture for a cord switch.

Sits best
Hallways, first. Especially the skinny ones in older Kiwi homes. Then the narrow side of a bed where a table lamp has no table, the strip between wardrobe and wall, or behind a door that mostly stays open. If a floor lamp has never worked in your space, measure out 20cm and have another look.
