I would have given a five star but I had to go into YouTube to find how to attach the shade to its frame.There’s no way I could have done it without the tutorial The graphic instructions were very poor. With that said, I can say it is a beautiful addition to my lounge decor,very nice and heavy base and I love the floor on/off switch.
Nice lamp, pretty sturdy and made of metal construction. The base is heavy so it keeps it upright and the setup was real easy. The only reason for 4 starts out of 5 is the fact that the shade screw was missing so had to 3D print one to keep the shade from flailing around.
I really love the size and overall look of this mirror. It makes a great statement piece.
Unfortunately, the quality control let it down. The corner joins aren’t finished particularly well, and the mirror arrived quite dirty. The protective plastic film had scrunched up in places, which meant marks on the glass. It took a lot of effort to clean, and there are still some marks I haven’t been able to remove.
If the frame finish was a little neater and the mirror arrived cleaner/better protected, this would easily be a much higher-rated product.
Hi Nicole, thanks for the honest review, and sorry it arrived like that. Turning up dirty with the film scrunched into the glass isn't how it should reach you, and the corner joins should be neater. Both have gone back to our factory, and we're checking the rest of our Aldren X stock here before any more go out. We've emailed you, we'd like to sort this out properly.
